In 2020, the AGROFARM exhibition will be held with the support of the Russian Association of Rural and Farm Enterprises and Agricultural Cooperatives (AKKOR). On December 19, Novosibirsk hosted a working meeting of AKKOR President Vladimir Plotnikov with AKKOR regional representative offices in the Siberian federal district. The general regional media partner of AGROFARM-2020 – the Media Center company, founder of My Siberia magazine, – provided participants of the event with information materials about the upcoming exhibition.
The meeting was held with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Novosibirsk region. The meeting was attended by Yevgeny Leshchenko, Minister of Agriculture of the Novosibirsk region; Tatiana Agapova, Executive Director; Vladislav Babin, Chairman of the Public Council of the Russian Village party project in the Novosibirsk region; Stanislav Tishurov, Director of the Novosibirsk regional branch of JSC Russian Agricultural Bank, heads of AKKOR, farmers from the Altai Territory, as well as from the Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Omsk and Tomsk regions.
The agenda included major aspects of development of small-scale farming in rural regions, new types of state support in agro-industry, the availability of concessional lending, exchange of experience in strengthening the Association at the local level, and expansion of AKKOR. Most of the topics discussed will be reflected in the business program of the AGROFARM-2020 exhibition.
