Beekeeping is a new 2020 exhibition section. It includes a whole block of events dedicated to the discussion of the most pressing issues, concerns and challenges that the industry currently faces.
Compared to the EU countries, Russia has more favorable conditions, allowing not only to support beekeeping at the current level, but also to double the number of bee families, as well as the production of honey. Honey is the number 1 export product in Russia. At the moment, however, there is a number of unresolved issues that beekeepers, farm and apiary owners face daily.
So how can we help the most profitable business develop in the conditions of Russian economy? What are the challenges that the industry experts face? What is the current development strategy for beekeeping? What methods for solving those problems exist at the present stage? – leading experts will discuss these and many other issues during the conference on Development strategy for the beekeeping industry in the face of modern challenges.
The event will be facilitated by Irina Zinovievna Brandorf, doctor of agricultural sciences, associate professor, deputy Director for Communications and Innovation, Head of the beekeeping laboratory at N.V. Rudnitsky Federal Agrarian Research Center of the North-East territories, FGBNU (Federal State Budgetary Research Institution) as moderator.
