Pure honey is not only a valuable food product, but also has pronounced therapeutic, dietary and health-promoting properties.

With the development of trade the number of counterfeit products in the world markets has increased, and one requires special knowledge and closer attention in order to distinguish the pure product from the fake one.

So as not to fall for the tricks of unscrupulous manufacturers, we invite everyone to attend our “How to check the quality of honey” workshop-and-tasting session. The event will take place on February 6, 2020.

As part of the workshop session, Tatyana Rusakova and Oksana Serebryakova, experts from the Federal Research Center for Beekeeping will share some life hacks on how to determine the authenticity of honey.

The specialists will bring to your attention samples of products of botanical origin and demonstrate the features of the product’s organoleptic indicators.
