Court Dismisses Claim of DLG against JSC VDNH

On November 27, 2019 the session of the Arbitration Court considered the claim of DLG RUS against JSC VDNH, concerning legality of use of the brand of AgroFarm / АгроФарм (according to a sublicensing agreement) when organizing and holding the exhibition under the same title.

We would like to inform the interested parties in our industry that the court dismissed the claim of LLC DLG RUS.

This decision contradicts the information disseminated by DLG RUS, that JSC VDNH has been using the brand of AGROFARM illegally during the process of organizing the exhibition under the same name.

We would like to invite the companies that doubted the legality of our use of the brand, and waiting for the court ruling on the matter, to join us at AGROFARM-2020 at VDNH!
