Marina Kamanina's School of Cheese Manufacturing can be called a pioneer of this difficult and so much-needed business. Marina Kamanina is one of the most famous figures in the Russian cheese manufacturing market. She makes various sorts of cheese herself and holds seminars and workshops all across the country. Marina is the only person in Russia who managed to get Pyotr Stolypin prize ‘Russian Farming Elite’ for development of cheese manufacturing in Russia (2016).
In the framework of the Business Program of the exhibition Marina Kamanina and Irina Gimaletdinova from the Yekaterinburg branch of the school will hold the workshop on making Italian cheese.
